Ordering and Cancellation Policy
To secure your date and place your order, a 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid upfront. Your date will only be held once the deposit is paid.
Remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to scheduled pick-up or delivery.
Changes to custom orders must be made no later than 10 days prior to scheduled pick-up or delivery.
Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days in advance for a 75% refund. The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made in less than 7 days of the scheduled pick-up or delivery are non-refundable.
Orders that are not picked up on the scheduled pick-up day become the property of Canonsburg Cake Company. No refunds are given for failing to pick up your order.
